Background: This is already the seventh appearance of Borobudur near Yogyakarta (Indonesia) on my blog. It shows a detailed view of the facade. The temple has six levels which represent different states of mind. Build from stone blocks stacked on a hill the temple was hidden under the jungle for almost a millenium. For me one of the top places to visist in South-East Asia. More info can also be found on the UNESCO world heritage site. The website is always part of my trip preparation program.
