Background: Just a short drive outside of Noosa Heads you find Mount Timbeerwag Lookout. The drive up to the parking lot is easy and the walk from the parking lot to the lookout takes about 10 Minutes. Up there you get a wonderful 360° unspoilt panoramic view of the coastal region including the cony shaped "Black Mountain" (center of picture).

Background: Hitting the right moment in time is essential in photography. While driving down the M1 back to Brisbane I was constantly looking out for a proper location to get a good view at the magnificent Glass House Mountains. Just in time I spotted the "Wild Horse Mountain" lookout not far from the highway. After an intense an steep hike you reach a little cabin.
